Practice Makes Perfect

The sheer scale of accident driven injuries that result in a lawsuit is estimated at billions and billions of dollars every year. Medical Liens / Letters of Protection (LOP) are essential tools for people injured due to someone else’s negligence to get the kind of medical care they desperately need and deserve. Quicker access to essential medical services helps the injured party begin healing sooner, and doctors get to do what they do best: practice medicine.

However, it often takes years to collect on these receivables and no one wants to wait that long. Echelon will turn these receivables into immediate cash flow for your business.

Patients
In
Need

Many of these injuries require some form of treatment. Those patients who do not have health insurance or cannot afford the out of pocket expense can often only obtain treatment from providers willing to accept a Medial Lien / Letter of Protection and wait to get paid out of the proceeds of the patient’s law suit.

Medical
Liens

Medical Liens are a critical tool for under-insured personal injury victims to get necessary treatment. However, these cases often take months or several years to resolve. This delay in compensation puts an enormous burden on providers financially. Not to mention the provider takes the risk that the case does not resolve favorably
